It can also inflict Torrent status with low chance. Damage additionally increases according to the caster's Base Level and SPL. Inflicts more damage, if Procella is summoned. This skill can critically strike using 25% of the user's critical damage. When dealing a critical hit, this skill deals 10% increased damage and ignores elemental disadvantages.
