If there is a target afflicted with Crimson Marker in the targeted area, Hammer of God drops on the target and deals damage to nearby targets. If there is no target afflicted with Crimson Marker in the targeted area, Hammer of God will drop on a random location within the area. Damage additionally increases according to the amount of Coins used and the caster's Base Level. Consumes all Coins. Requires Rifle class weapon.
