Star Burst Max Level: 5 Requirement: Sky Mastery 3, Twinkling Galaxy 1 Skill Form: Active Type: Physical Melee Target: 1 Character AP Recovery: 4 Description: Can only be used within the range of the caster's Twinkling Galaxy. Stops Twinkling Galaxy and focuses on dropping shooting stars towards a target. Inflicts melee physical damage the the target and surrounding enemies within 5x5 cells every 0.3 seconds for 4.5 seconds. Damage additionally increases according to the Sky Mastery skill level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
