Targets affected by Poison Cloud will receive increased damage. Damage additionally increases according to the caster's Base Level and INT. This skill can critically strike using 25% of the user's critical damage. When dealing a critical hit, this skill deals 10% increased damage and ignores elemental disadvantages.
